    This company has been very helpful and professional since I've been dealing with them in March 2010. I had hoped to purchase a continuous ink system for a new printer that was not yet listed as being supported on their website. After contacting them with my question they redirected me to a different product that would fit my needs better - and I've been thrilled with it ! I settled on the refillable ink cartridges and while I do have some issues with the printer not recognizing the cartridges from time to time that was expected, clearly discussed on the website and all I have to... I just sent in a comment, but my fingers were on the wrong keys when I put in my email address. I tried to change it but I had hit the submit button and didn't have time to finish changing it. I bought a set of cartridges and inks for an Epson R280 Photo Printer. It indicated that all of the cartridges were empty. I found this hard to believe because I use black 99% of the time so I checked the cartridges. They were not empty, however the yellow cartridge had turned green.
I was unable to get all the green out so I tried to put some yellow in the cartridge was unable to get it to go in. Could you please send me a replacement cartridge for the yellow because I feel it is faulty. Sandra Carlson, 5508 Parker Rd. E., Sumner, WA. 98390
